fix: hide stock labels when qty <= 0 and prevent empty label rendering
Details:
Return null for stock qty ≤ 0 in getStockItemValue().
Skip rendering label HTML when processed text is empty.
Add numeric check in getTextProcessed() to avoid showing labels without quantity.
